What You'll DoYou’ll serve as the technical engine behind our digital advertising efforts, ensuring campaigns launch flawlessly, perform effectively, and deliver measurable results.
Campaign Management & Execution- Set up, traffic, and manage digital ad campaigns (display, video, programmatic, social)
- Work across ad servers and DSP platforms to ensure accurate, on-time launches
- Monitor pacing, budgets, and targeting to maximize performance
- Review creative assets for technical compliance
- Test ad tags and landing pages to ensure seamless functionality
- Identify and resolve delivery, tracking, and performance issues quickly and independently
- Analyze campaign metrics such as CTR, CPA, and ROAS
- Adjust targeting and budget allocations to drive stronger outcomes
- Generate clear, insightful reports that demonstrate ROI to internal teams
- Partner with marketing, sales, and external vendors
- Communicate technical concepts in a way that empowers non-technical teammates
- Help shape and improve processes for smarter, more efficient campaign delivery
- Experience with ad-serving platforms such as Google Ad Manager (GAM), CM360, Basis, or similar
- Familiarity with DSPs such as Stack Adapt
- Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager and tracking implementation
- Understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS as they relate to ad serving and debugging
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)
- Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Looker
- 1–5 years in ad operations, digital marketing, campaign management, or a related role
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
- Clear and confident communicator
