This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Controller based in Aiken, SC. The Controller will oversee financial operations, including managing budgets, financial planning, and reporting. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, supervising accounting procedures, and assisting with audits. The individual will work closely with management to provide insights and recommendations for financial strategies to support the club's objectives.

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting principles
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem‑solving abilities
• Leadership skills with experience managing accounting or finance teams
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• CPA or CMA certification is a plus
• Prior experience in a hospitality or private club environment is highly favorable
