Security Guard - Roving Patrol Driver

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to guests, tenants, and/or management by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail and mall location;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols of common areas, storefront corridors, loading and service areas, parking areas, and perimeter zones, adjusting to changing conditions at the site;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, requesting assistance from site contacts and/or public emergency services as needed;
Monitor for suspicious activity, policy violations, and/or hazards, taking appropriate action to help to deter unwanted activity and promptly notifying management per site procedures;
Complete written and/or electronic reports such as patrol logs, incident reports, and visitor activity notes, maintaining accurate documentation and clear communication during shift handoff
