Security Officer - Patrol Driver

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and guests by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a retail location;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and notifying site management and/or law enforcement when needed;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the shopping center, including common areas, corridors, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter as assigned;
Monitor for unusual activity, policy violations, and/or maintenance hazards, and document observations in reports and/or activity logs per post orders;
Control access and support property operations by verifying authorized entry, providing directions to customers and tenants, and/or coordinating with mall staff during events, deliveries, and peak traffic periods
