JOB SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for developing and driving sales growth for Cabinet works Group products within the Hawaii territory that includes Lowe’s, Home Depot, and Dealer partners. The role focuses on strategically targeting clients to meet and exceed goals for total sales and comparative store growth. The incumbent will build strong relationships to influence brand loyalty, expand market share, and identify training opportunities.

This position requires effective territory analysis to prioritize high-growth opportunities while ensuring responsive service to all accounts. The individual will develop and execute both broad and account-specific strategies centered on sales execution, training, issue resolution, and merchandising excellence to achieve sustained market share growth

PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Execute short and long-term business strategy to increase sales, expand brands and increase sales presence in the market.
  • Build and leverage business relationships with dealers, kitchen designers, pro desk, outside sales reps, and store management to promote sales and comparative growth.
  • Call on the Pro Desk and relevant pro personnel in the Home Centers to build relationships, deliver and train on product resources, and inquire about opportunities in the store or managed accounts through the district.
  • Promptly address product, warranty and/or service issues and communicate resolution with all parties involved including store or dealer personnel, consumer, Regional Sales Manager and Cabinet works Group corporate.
  • Conduct 3-5 store calls daily or as otherwise determined by management. Retail/Dealer
  • Identify new business opportunities by prospecting and cold calling new dealers
  • Leverage established relationships to convert competitor business and partner to close quoted business.
  • Collaborate with the internal Sales Operations team to maximize efficiency, contact with designers, and execution of daily tasks and administrative needs.
  • Analyze sales, service and marketing reports to develop a tactical and targeted sales plan to meet and/or exceed goals. A targeted sales plan includes identifying focus accounts to hunt growth by reinforcing our presence and introducing new strategies to win more market share.
  • Execute KPIs connected to Cabinet works Group global strategies including but not limited to product launches, designer engagement, and merchandising enhancements.
  • Train and support retail designers and dealers by educating them on the Cabinet works Group product and program offerings, including conducting presentations, design reviews, and product support
  • Maintain and update display presence in showrooms.
  • Penetrate showrooms with Cabinet works Group branded materials to strategically position our presence and brand loyalty appearances.
  • Strategically map and plan sales calls based on volume and opportunity within assigned territory to perform excellent territory management.
  • Responsibly leverage T&E to grow, maintain and maximize relationships and execute company initiatives
  • Maintain and grow market share, report back competitor information, and provide details on competitive landscape

ESSENTIAL

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
  • Bachelor’s degree; or 5 years of selling experience with a minimum of a High School diploma or GED.
  • Demonstrated successful capability to resolve conflict over sensitive or complex issues, with demonstrated decision-makings skills.
