This recruitment is part of the Operation Hire Hawaii (OH‑HI) program, a targeted outreach initiative featuring an expedited hiring process to fast‑track qualified applicants into job opportunities throughout Hawaiʻi.

Salary- Level II – $4,590 per month (SR‑18, Step D)
- Level III – $4,961 – $6,043 per month (SR‑20, Step D to I)
- Level IV – $5,369 – $6,535 per month (SR‑22, Step D to I)
- Level V – $6,043 – $7,351 per month (SR‑24, Step D to I)
- Note: Hiring rates will be based on availability of funds, the applicant's qualifications, and other relevant factors.
- Level II – Receives advanced training and assists in an advanced trainee capacity in activities pertaining to the management of real properties and facilities; performs other related duties as required.
- Level III – Independently performs a variety of work of average scope and complexity in the management of real properties and facilities; performs other related duties as required.
- Level IV – Performs the full range of work in the management of real properties and facilities, which regularly encompasses work of a complex nature; may supervise lower‑level property managers; performs other related duties as required.
- Level V – Working supervisor responsible for supervising and participating in activities relating to the management of real properties and facilities, including negotiating, promoting, and soliciting the leasing of real properties and facilities available for business purposes; subordinates include lower‑level property managers and clerical/technical support staff.

The State of Hawai‘i requires all persons seeking employment with the government of the State to be citizens, nationals, or permanent resident aliens of the United States, or eligible under federal law for unrestricted employment in the United States. - Basic Education
: A bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited four‑year college or university. - Specialized Experience
:- Level II – Six (6) months
- Level III – One and one‑half (1‑½) years
- Level IV – Two and one‑half (2‑½) years
- Level V – Three and one‑half (3‑½) years of work experience in property management, including business, commercial, or industrial real property management.
- Supervisory Aptitude
:
Applicants must demonstrate possession of supervisory aptitude through examples of supervisory responsibilities, such as serving as a group or team leader, completing supervision training courses and applying supervisory skills, or receiving favorable appraisals indicating supervisory potential. - Driver's License
:
Some positions require possession of a valid driver's license at the time of appointment. Immediate vacancies have this requirement. - Substitutions Allowed
