• Optimize the customer service experience from our call center
• Provide effective customer service and utilize sales negotiation tactics to close deals.
• Assist customers with inquiries and research concerns to resolve issues
• Partner with comfort consultants on their sales leads follow-up status
• Identifies opportunities to deepen customer relationship by recommending products and services to meet customer needs.
• Follow up with current customer leads
• Review existing calls that need attention from prior day

• 2+ years of Call Center Experience
• Demonstrated customer service skills with proven ability to handle difficult customer interactions.
• Proven experience in sales
• Proficient computer skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Stand/Sit:
  Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the time.
• May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run
• May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time
• Must be able to maneuver up to 25 lb. by lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling.
• May be required to work in outdoor weather conditions.

The starting rate for this opportunity is 20-22/hr the actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.
