Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head Chef, based in Ahmedabad. The Head Chef will oversee daily kitchen operations, design and refine the menu, manage food preparation, and ensure high-quality standards are met. Responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, maintaining hygiene and safety protocols, monitoring inventory, and collaborating with management to maintain cost efficiency.

Qualifications

Culinary expertise including menu development, food preparation, and mastering a variety of cuisines
Strong leadership skills with experience in team management, training, and scheduling kitchen staff
Knowledge of hygiene standards, food safety regulations, and inventory management
Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
A customer-focused mindset with attention to details and quality control
Certificate or diploma in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar senior culinary role
Proficiency in Gujarati cuisine is an advantage
