Senior Project Lead

Jones Lang LaSalle Property Consultants (India) Pvt. Ltd.  is seeking a highly skilled and experienced  Senior Project Lead  to join our dynamic team. With 6-10 years of experience in the Real Estate industry, you'll be instrumental in managing and overseeing complex projects from conception to successful completion.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee  multiple projects simultaneously , ensuring timely completion and high-quality delivery.
Coordinate effectively with  cross-functional teams , including architects, engineers, and contractors, to meet all project goals.
Develop and implement comprehensive  project plans, schedules, and budgets , diligently monitoring progress against set targets.
Conduct regular  site visits  to ensure full compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Collaborate closely with clients to thoroughly understand their needs and provide  tailored solutions .
Identify and mitigate potential  risks  associated with projects, developing robust contingency plans as required.

Job Requirements:

Proven experience in managing  large-scale projects  from conception to completion.
Strong knowledge of  real estate laws, regulations, and industry standards .
Excellent  communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills .
Ability to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
Proficiency in  project management software and tools , such as MS Office and Google Suite.
Experience working with international clients and stakeholders is a valuable asset.
