Key Responsibilities:
· Drafting, vetting, and reviewing legal agreements, including NDAs and other contracts.
· Ensuring timely and accurate compliance with the Companies Act, SEBI Regulations, and other statutory requirements.
· Maintaining statutory records, registers, and filings.
· Advising management on corporate governance and regulatory matters.
· Coordinating with legal, compliance, and regulatory bodies as required.
Requirements:
· Qualified Company Secretary (CS) with minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience.
· Strong knowledge of SEBI, Companies Act, and corporate governance frameworks.
· Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities with precision.
