Legal Assistant
Location:
Ahmedabad
Experience:
1–2 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Assist advocates/legal managers in preparing legal documents, notices, agreements, and contracts
Draft, format, and review legal correspondence and case-related documents
Maintain and organize legal files, records, and case databases
Coordinate with external lawyers, courts, and government offices
Track court dates, hearings, and legal deadlines
Conduct basic legal research and case follow-ups
Support compliance activities and statutory documentation
Handle documentation related to agreements, MOUs, NDAs, and licenses
Ensure confidentiality of legal information and records
Required Skills &
Qualifications:
Knowledge of corporate law, labor law, and legal procedures
Candidate must possess a recognized LL.B. degree
Strong drafting and documentation skills
Proficiency in legal documentation tools MS Word, Excel
1–2 years of experience as a Legal Assistant or similar role
