Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Immigration Counselor located in Ahmedabad. The Immigration Counselor will provide guidance and support to clients on immigration-related matters, including visa applications, immigration policies, compliance with global regulations, and related legal procedures. The role involves conducting consultations, evaluating client cases, preparing necessary documentation, and ensuring an efficient and transparent process is followed. The Counselor will also collaborate closely with other professionals in the organization to offer clients a seamless and satisfactory experience.
Qualifications
Comprehensive understanding of Immigration Issues and Global Immigration policies and procedures.
Strong knowledge of Immigration Policy, applicable Laws, and regulatory standards.
Expertise in managing Visa-related applications, processes, and requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide clear guidance to clients.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic on-site team environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Previous experience in the immigration or legal industry, or relevant certifications, is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in a related field such as law, international relations, or another relevant discipline is an advantage.
