Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Patent Associate located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The Patent Associate will be responsible for drafting and preparing patent applications, conducting patentability assessments, and reviewing legal documents related to intellectual property. The role will also include researching patent laws and ensuring clients' intellectual property is protected through appropriate legal measures.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Patent Preparation and drafting Patent Applications
Experience in conducting Patentability assessments and understanding Patent Law
Knowledge and expertise in Intellectual Property and related legal processes
Strong analytical and research skills
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a professional environment
Bachelor's degree in Law, Engineering, or a related field (specialization in intellectual property is a plus)
