Position Overview
We are looking for an ERPNext / Frappe Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in developing, customizing, and implementing ERPNext solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in the Frappe framework, Python development, database management, and production troubleshooting. The candidate must be comfortable working independently as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop and customize ERPNext modules including Doc Types, Workflows, Role Permissions, Custom Fields, and Print Formats.
● Create and manage reports, scripts, and dashboards within ERPNext.
● Implement server-side logic using Python in the Frappe framework.
● Develop and manage client-side features using JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Jinja templates, and client scripts.
● Work with Web Forms, List Views, and Report Views.
● Integrate third-party services such as payment gateways, SMS/email providers, and other business applications using REST APIs.
● Manage database operations using Maria
DB/MySQL.
● Use Git-based version control for code management and collaboration.
● Perform basic Linux server administration including bench commands, site management, backups, and log monitoring.
● Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.
Required
Skills & Qualifications
● Strong hands-on experience in ERPNext and Frappe framework development.
● Proficiency in Python and server-side scripting.
● Good understanding of front-end technologies including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Jinja.
● Experience working with Maria
DB/MySQL databases.
● Knowledge of REST APIs and third-party integrations.
● Familiarity with Git and version control practices.
● Basic Linux server administration and troubleshooting skills.
● Strong debugging and problem-solving ability.
● Good communication and teamwork skills.
