Summary:

We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Social Media & Content Executive to manage and grow our digital presence across platforms. We are especially looking for someone with a  strong learning mindset who is eager to explore new ideas and grow in the digital space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Instagram (Main & Jobs page), Linked In, X, and You Tube Shorts

• Plan, create & post reels, carousels, job creatives & employer branding content

• Write engaging captions with hashtag strategy

• Design post creatives & edit short-form videos

• Share jobs in Whats App groups and drive community engagement

• Support podcast thumbnail & feature image design

Requirements:

• Strong content creation & graphic design skills (Canva/Adobe)

• Basic video editing knowledge

• Understanding of social media trends & analytics

• Learning mindset and willingness to explore new content ideas

• Knowledge of other social media platforms/tools will be an added advantage
