Implement, maintain, and support serialization systems in compliance with EPCIS file formats and schema versions.
Work with serialization hardware, specifically from Jekson Vision Pvt. Ltd., ensuring proper setup and functionality.
Manage and support PLC and SCADA systems in manufacturing operations.
Configure and maintain serialization software solutions such as RfXcel, Tracelink, and Arvato.
Ensure compliance with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and data integrity principles in all processes.
Conduct structured root cause analysis and provide solutions for technical issues.
Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation and reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to prioritize and resolve system issues.
Support validation, IT system audits, and regulatory inspections.
