Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and innovative professional with deep expertise in CMS, automation systems, and AI tools to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities
CMS Platform Expertise
Manage, implement, and optimize CMS platforms like Word Press, Hub Spot CMS, Shopify, Strapi, Craft CMS, or others, depending on business needs.
Ensure smooth content publishing and management processes, integrating them with other business systems.
Handle system configurations, templates, and workflows within the CMS environment.
Systems, Automation, and Workflow Integration
Build, implement, and optimize automated workflows to streamline content creation, approval, and publishing processes.
Develop and manage automated systems that reduce manual tasks and improve operational efficiency.
Integrate AI tools to enhance automation — whether through content personalization, marketing automation, or process streamlining.
AI Tools Exploration and Integration
Research, explore, and evaluate various AI tools to enhance workflows, marketing campaigns, and data analysis.
Implement AI-driven solutions that improve user experience, automate repetitive tasks, and optimize content management systems.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of AI tools is aligned with business needs and goals.
Collaboration and Strategy
Collaborate with teams to integrate CMS systems with other platforms and tools.
Develop a roadmap for CMS and AI tool improvements, ensuring that processes align with business objectives and user needs.
Continuously assess the performance of CMS systems, workflows, and automation strategies to drive improvements.
Required Skills & Competencies
CMS Platform Expertise:
Extensive experience with leading CMS platforms like Word Press, Hub Spot, Shopify, Strapi, etc.
Automation & Workflow Management:
Proven experience in developing automated systems and workflows for content management, marketing, or operations.
AI Tools Familiarity:
Experience exploring and implementing AI tools for content personalization, automation, or other business use cases (e.g., AI-based marketing tools, process automation tools, etc.).
Tech-Savvy:
Ability to integrate CMS platforms with third-party systems, tools, and APIs to enhance business processes.
Process-Oriented:
Strong understanding of how to design, implement, and refine processes to improve team productivity and business operations.
Problem-Solving
Skills:
A keen ability to troubleshoot complex system issues, find solutions, and create a more efficient work environment.
