Senior Salesforce OmniStudio Developer

We are looking for a highly experienced  Senior or Lead Salesforce Omni Studio Developer  to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Omni Studio components, Apex development, Lightning framework, and integrations. You will play a key role in solution design, client interaction, and leading implementation efforts.

Experience:

7+ years in Salesforce Omnistudio

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable solutions using  Salesforce Omni Studio, Apex, and Lightning framework
Build and maintain  OmniScripts, Data Raptors, Integration Procedures, and Flex Cards
Develop custom solutions using  Apex (Triggers, Classes, Batch Classes)  and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Work with  Velocity Card UI framework and architecture (Digital and Service Layer)
Implement integrations using  REST, SOAP, Bulk APIs, and external systems
Create and manage  Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow automation
Lead  technical solution design, documentation, and architecture discussions
Conduct  customer discovery sessions and requirements gathering
Perform  fit-gap analysis and recommend optimal Salesforce solutions
Collaborate with Technical Architects, Project Managers, and stakeholders
Ensure proper  technical documentation and acceptance criteria
Provide  technical leadership and mentoring to development teams
Conduct  user training and support solution adoption

Additional

Skills:

● Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

● Good Knowledge in JSON, How does Integration work with Velocity.

● Hands-on experience on developing omni scripts, different types of Data raptor's, various cards available in velocity.
