Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Data Analyst and KPI Manager, based in Ahmedabad. The role involves analyzing data from Zoho CRM and Google Sheets, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and generating actionable insights to support business decisions. Responsibilities include data modeling, preparing reports, managing data accuracy, and collaborating with different teams to communicate findings effectively. The professional will ensure dashboards are updated and provide recommendations for optimization based on data analysis.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Data Analytics for deriving actionable insights
Proficiency in Statistics and Data Modeling to create reliable and meaningful projections
Excellent Communication skills for presenting data insights and collaborating with team members

Experience with Zoho CRM, Google Sheets, and other relevant tools is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field is preferred
