Design and deliver intuitive, user-centered digital experiences that align with business goals and enhance overall product usability, accessibility, and engagement.
Who you are:
5+ years of experience in UX/UI Design for web and mobile applications
Strong expertise in user research methodologies including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and behavioral analysis.
Experience creating user personas, journey maps, and identifying user pain points
Well-versed in Information Architecture, including sitemaps, navigation flows, and content structuring
Proficient in wire framing and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.)
Strong visual design skills including typography, color theory, layout systems, and iconography
Experience building and maintaining design systems and style guides
Good understanding of Interaction Design, micro interactions, animations, and responsive behavior
Conducts usability testing and translates insights into actionable design improvements
Strong collaboration skills with product managers, developers, and stakeholders
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles
Ability to manage multiple design tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills
