Understand the business case and its process, analyze the requirements/user stories to design, build and run web applications & platforms based on . NET technologies.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects and other developers to design and build a web application that is efficient, effective, and scalable.
You will be an integral part of the Dev Ops team to sustain and ensure the stability and performance of the web applications.
Lead and mentor the junior developers towards the IT standards and best practices for SDLC.
Work in cross-functional (Scrum) teams and follow Dev Ops practices & methods
Enthusiast to explore emerging trends and technologies in software development.
Self-driven with minimal guidance and take ownership for the deliverables .
Your Profile
Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 6+ years of relevant experience in web application development in R eact/Angular, jQuery, CSS, ASP.Net Core MVC in .Net 8, C#, Entity Framework / Dapper.
Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in MSSQL/Oracle Database.
Hands on experience to use version control system like GIT/Bitbucket/Gitlab , understanding of continuous integration like Jenkins/Gitlab runner and usage of change management tools like JIRA .
Coming with an experience of IT operations support background will be an added advantage.
Relevant experience in managing the junior technical developers with excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional team environment.
Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies
