Business development executive (fresher):
Not a sales job. A business-building role.

At Stack Dot, a business development executive is trained to understand markets, identify real business gaps, communicate value, and grow accounts — not just push services. If you're curious about how businesses actually work and how global clients think, this role is built for you.

What you will actually do (beyond the usual stuff):
You'll learn how businesses grow, step by step.

Key Responsibilities

Understand how startups, founders, and CXOs think before outreach
Research companies, industries, and markets to identify where Stack Dot can add value
Craft meaningful conversations — not robotic pitches
Participate in strategy discussions for outreach and positioning
Work closely with marketing, tech, and leadership teams
Build long-term client relationships
Learn international sales pipelines end-to-end

This role is not about how many calls you made, but how well you understood the business.

What you will learn here:
By the end of your first year, you'll have hands-on exposure to:

International B2B sales (USA, Europe, UAE, and more)
IT services, SaaS, AI solutions, and digital transformation sales
Market research, positioning, and demand discovery
Client communication, negotiation basics, and deal structuring
CRM tools, sales processes, and pipeline ownership
Thinking like a consultant, not a caller
