Job Purpose

As an Agile Project Manager, you will be responsible for orchestrating the end-to-end delivery of high-quality software products while aligning with our established SDLC and quality standards. You will serve as the primary bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring that project objectives are met through iterative planning and transparent communication. Your focus will be on fostering a collaborative environment that empowers teams to remain nimble and responsive to evolving client needs.

By tailoring Agile processes to specific project demands, you will drive efficiency and ensure the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate core Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment and continuous improvement.
Manage stakeholder engagement by analyzing expectations, maintaining transparent communication, and providing regular progress reporting and forecasting.
Oversee project resource allocation and capacity planning to ensure team availability and optimal performance throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop and maintain essential project artifacts such as iteration schedules, risk management plans, and communication frameworks.
Monitor project financials and labor costs against authorized funding to ensure budget compliance and fiscal accountability.
Coordinate the refinement of the product backlog and scope within short, iterative cycles to adapt quickly to changing requirements.
Identify and mitigate project risks through frequent reviews of incremental work products and collaborative decision-making.
Drive team development by providing performance feedback, resolving conflicts, and enhancing overall competency and interaction.

Qualifications And Skills

3+ years of experience managing software development projects with medium-sized teams of up to 10 people.
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, or Scaled Agile frameworks.
Proven proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills at an upper-intermediate level or higher.
Demonstrated experience in resource planning, budgeting, and risk management within an Agile environment.
Professional certification in Agile project management (e.g., PMI-ACP, CSM) is highly preferred.
Prior experience delivering web development or e-commerce solutions is a significant advantage.
