The Role
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven SEO Executive with 1+ years of hands-on experience in link building to join our dynamic digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of SEO principles, proven expertise in executing white-hat link-building strategies , and the ability to drive measurable growth in organic traffic and search engine rankings.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective link-building strategies aligned with overall SEO goals.
Conduct backlink analysis of competitors to identify new link opportunities.
Perform outreach to bloggers, influencers, and webmasters for high-quality backlink acquisition.
Monitor, identify, and resolve toxic or spammy backlinks using tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
Research and secure websites for guest posting, niche edits, and content collaborations.
Track and report backlink performance to ensure quality and effectiveness.
Maintain detailed records of outreach and link acquisition efforts.
Collaborate with the content and SEO team to align off-page strategies with overall digital growth.
Stay updated on the latest SEO, Google algorithm updates, and link-building best practices.
Key
Skills & Qualifications
1+ years of proven experience in SEO with a strong focus on link building.
In-depth knowledge of white-hat link-building techniques.
Proficiency in SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog (or similar).
Experience with outreach and CRM/email tools (e.g., Buzz Stream, Hunter.io).
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
Basic knowledge of on-page SEO and content marketing is an added advantage.
