Mobile Automation Tester - Appium

We are seeking a  Mobile Automation Tester  with strong hands-on experience in  Appium ,  BDD frameworks (Cucumber) , and  CI/CD tools . You will be responsible for developing and maintaining mobile automation scripts, integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines, and executing test cases on cloud-based mobile device platforms. This role requires a collaborative approach within Agile/Scrum environments and experience with tools like JIRA and AIO Test.

Roles & Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain mobile automation scripts using  Appium with BDD frameworks like Cucumber .
Work closely with QA, development, and product teams in  Agile/Scrum  settings.
Manage and track defects using  JIRA, AIO Test , or other test management tools.
Integrate automated tests into  CI/CD pipelines  using  Jenkins, Git Hub , or equivalent tools.
Execute test cases on cloud-based mobile device platforms like  Browser Stack, Pcloudy, Perfecto , or Sauce Labs.
Provide regular test reports and participate in sprint planning and retrospectives.

Skills Required:

Expertise in  Appium for Android and iOS testing .
Strong command over  BDD using Cucumber .

Experience with  Agile/Scrum, JIRA, AIO Test , and defect lifecycle.
Hands-on with  CI/CD tools  (Jenkins, Git Hub, etc.).
Exposure to at least one cloud-based testing platform ( Browser Stack, Pcloudy, Perfecto, Sauce Labs ).
Experience in the Retail domain or eCommerce testing is a plus.
Knowledge of API testing or hybrid test frameworks is a plus.

QUALIFICATION:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
