Key Responsibilities:
Lead SAP adoption initiatives in digital transformation journeys, demonstrating clear business value
Take end-to-end responsibility for SAP solutioning within your process track on large strategic global SAP transformation deals
Drive SAP solution strategy in collaboration with account teams, sales, and partners, aligning with client priorities and market dynamics
Interact with clients to understand business needs and propose tailored SAP methodologies and solutions
Present and defend SAP solutions during client meetings, workshops, orals, and internal governance
Guide innovation and transformation programs in key accounts and ensure delivery and solution assurance
Support and contribute to capability building (CoE), solutioning frameworks, and reusable assets
Provide expert support across various SAP delivery engagements
Mentor and develop architects and SMEs, continuously enhancing team solutioning capabilities
Evaluate performance and provide feedback in partnership with delivery managers
Primary
Skills:
15–20+ years of SAP solutioning and delivery experience with a functional background in Sales
Deep expertise in S/4
HANA Sales & Distribution (Lead to Cash), Pricing, AATP, Special Sales Processes, Invoicing Plans, and Reporting
Experience with S/4
HANA Service Management, SAP CRM, and SAP Customer Experience (Sales & Service Cloud)
Proven global implementation experience (template design, build, global rollout)
Strong understanding of Greenfield and Brownfield implementations, architecture, and operations
Agile methodology experience in design and build cycles
Integration expertise across SAP and non-SAP systems in the process area
Industry knowledge in manufacturing, automotive, retail, CPG, life sciences, or oil & gas
Secondary
Skills:
Strong business acumen with the ability to articulate business value from technical solutions
Understanding of the SAP competitive landscape, partner ecosystem, and evolving enterprise trends
SAP S/4
HANA certification(s) in core areas preferred
Experience working in multicultural, multi-location, globally distributed delivery setups
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong stakeholder and people management experience
Exposure to industry forums and events as a thought leader or representative
