Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content Strategy
Assist in developing and executing an engaging content strategy across Orange College's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Linked In and short-form video platforms)
Plan, create, schedule and publish organic content aligned with enrolment cycles, intakes, student life and course promotion.
Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments and messages, and actively manage community interactions.
Track content performance and use insights to optimise future posts and campaigns.
Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates and short-form video best practices.
Collaborate with designers and internal teams to produce high-quality content.
Prepare regular performance reports for Social media (organic performance, engagement, reach, growth)
Analyse data and insights to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
Paid Media & Growth
Plan, launch, manage and optimise paid campaigns across:
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Linked In Ads
Google Ads (Search, Display, etc)
Build, test and scale high-performing paid media campaigns, including audience targeting, copywriting and creative direction.
Conduct audience testing, creative testing and A/B testing to improve campaign performance and ROI.
Confidently manage multiple ad accounts and budgets simultaneously.
Analyse campaign data, interpret performance metrics and optimise based on insights.
Prepare clear performance reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Prepare regular performance reports for Paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Linked In and Google Ads)
Analyse data and insights to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
Email Content Tasks:
Assist with the content creation, design and scheduling of newsletters and email campaigns using Hub Spot .
Ensure all email communications align with Orange College's brand, tone and compliance requirements.
Monitor email performance (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and optimise content accordingly.
Required Skills & Experience (Must-Haves)
Fluent in English is a must.
Proven experience in social media content strategy and management .
Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads (Linked In Ads experience required or highly desirable).
Demonstrated experience planning, launching and optimising paid media campaigns with measurable results.
Strong understanding of performance metrics, analytics and optimisation strategies.
High-level video editing and content production skills, particularly for short-form video.
Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to work independently.
Confidence in managing multiple campaigns and budgets anced skills in Excel / Google Sheets with a data-driven mindset.

Canva, Cap Cut, or Any video editing software
Social/Scheduling:
Meta Business Suite, Linked In Campaign Manager
Analytics & Reporting:
Google Analytics (GA4), native platform insights
Paid Media:
Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads & Tag Manager

Trello, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office
