Responsibilities
Revenue Ownership & Growth Execution
- Achieve revenue and GMV targets for your assigned Line of Business.
- Monitor performance against AOP and optimize for ROI across campaigns and initiatives.
- Identify growth opportunities using user insights, sales funnel analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
Digital Growth Initiatives
- Design and execute digital campaigns (CRM, SEO/SEM, Push, In-app, Web) to drive conversions and repeat usage.
- Implement experiments such as A/B tests, micro-journey improvements, and bundling strategies to improve conversion rate and order value.
- Partner with Product and Tech teams to improve user experience and remove drop-offs.
Category & Partner Management
- Collaborate with airport category teams, vendors, and operational stakeholders to align on stock, pricing, assortment, and customer service.
- Launch and manage promotional offers, seasonal campaigns, and merchant partnerships.
Data & Reporting
- Use dashboards and performance reports to monitor KPIs and identify issues proactively.
- Create weekly and monthly business review decks with actionable insights and next steps.
Qualifications
MBA or equivalent degree
10-12 years experience
