Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled System Administrator with 2-3 years of experience to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Windows client operating systems (Windows 10 and 11), Windows Server (2016, 2019, 2022), and Office 365. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to manage and maintain IT infrastructure are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain Windows 10 and 11 client systems.
Manage and administer Windows Server environments (2016, 2019, 2022).
Perform routine system monitoring, patch management, and updates.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across client and server environments.
Administer and support Office 365, including email, SharePoint, One Drive, and Teams.
Ensure system security through regular updates, antivirus management, and system hardening.
Provide technical support to end users and ensure minimal downtime.
Document IT processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
Collaborate with other IT staff to plan and implement IT infrastructure upgrades.
Participate in IT projects and initiatives as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
2-3 years of hands-on experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
Proficiency with Windows 10 and 11 client operating systems.
Strong experience managing Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022.
Working knowledge of Office 365 administration and services.
Good understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, CompTIA) are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., Hyper-V, VMware).
Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Power Shell scripting.
Experience with backup and recovery solutions.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
