You will build the secure foundation that powers high-stakes clinical workflows.
The Mission
Our Frontend is the face, but you are the brain. eCureTrip is building a production-grade oncology platform where sensitive medical data, specialist collaboration, and workflow reliability are non-negotiable. You won't just be building APIs; you will be architecting the 'Command Center'- the nervous system that allows top oncologists to collaborate on complex cases across borders without error.
What You Will Build
● The Backbone:
Design clean, scalable APIs (Node.js/Python) for case intake, document handling, and workflow states.
● The Vault:
Own the Postgre
SQL schema design. You will ensure data integrity, implement RBAC (Role-Based Access Control), and manage migrations for sensitive medical records.
● The Integration:
Work directly with the CTO to integrate our AI outputs into structured operational workflows.
● The Pipeline:
Build secure background jobs and file pipelines (S3) that handle medical documents with strict access control.
The Stack
● Core:
Node.js (Type Script) or Python (FastAPI).
● Database:
Advanced Postgre
SQL (Supabase/AWS RDS).
● Infra: AWS (Lambda, S3, Docker), CI/CD pipelines.
Must-Have (The Skills)
● Strong API engineering experience (Node or Python)
● Strong Postgre
SQL skills (schema design, indexes, migrations, query performance)
● Experience implementing RBAC and audit logging patterns
● Comfort with AWS basics relevant to backend (Lambda/S3/IAM fundamentals)
● Health Tech, EMR/EHR, or teleconsultation experience is a strong advantage
