Mavlers is looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager who will be responsible for establishing Mavlers' credibility and authority in the Mar Tech and digital ecosystem through strategic partnerships, co-marketing initiatives, and thought leadership programs. This role focuses on building and nurturing relationships with companies in the same or complementary industry-platform partners, technology partners, and ecosystem players targeting a similar ICP-where both brands can create mutual value through collaboration.
This is not a sales or client-facing delivery role. The success of this role is measured by ecosystem strength, brand authority, partner-led initiatives, and long-term strategic value.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Ecosystem & Alliances
Build and manage relationships with technology partners, platform partners, and ecosystem players targeting the same ICP
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new strategic partners aligned with Mavlers' offerings
Act as the primary point of contact for partner relationships
Strategic Initiatives & Co-Marketing
Manage and optimize our existing CRM platforms, while expanding collaborations with new partners.
Plan and execute joint webinars, virtual events, workshops, and co-marketing initiatives
Collaborate with partners on thought leadership, case studies, and platform-led campaigns
Drive initiatives that enhance brand authority, credibility, and visibility in the ecosystem
Partner Enablement & Collaboration
Educate partners on Mavlers' capabilities, service offerings, and value proposition
Coordinate with internal marketing, delivery, and leadership teams to ensure successful partner initiatives
Enable partners with the right messaging, decks, and enablement material
Growth & Network Expansion
Continuously expand and strengthen the partner network
Identify new collaboration opportunities that deliver mutual business value
Track partnership performance and optimize initiatives based on outcomes
Required Skills & Experience
4+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, ecosystem marketing, or strategic collaborations
Experience working with Mar Tech / CRM platforms (Hub Spot, Braze, Salesforce, Marketo, etc.)
Proven experience running co-marketing initiatives, webinars, or partner-led events
Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working with SaaS, Mar Tech, digital agencies, or platform ecosystems
