Job Summary

As a Data/Strategy Analyst, you will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, providing valuable information to support strategic decision-making within the organization. You will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing large datasets, employing statistical methods and tools to uncover trends, patterns, and correlations.

Key Responsibilities

Data Collection and Preparation:
Gather data from various sources, ensuring its accuracy, completeness, and relevance.
Clean and preprocess data to eliminate inconsistencies, errors, and missing information.
Transform raw data into a format suitable for analysis.
Data Analysis:
Utilize statistical techniques to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful insights.
Identify trends, patterns, and correlations to provide actionable recommendations.
Conduct exploratory data analysis to discover hidden patterns and relationships.
Reporting and Visualization:
Develop and generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
Present data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ensure the clarity and accuracy of visual representations of data.
Data Modeling and Forecasting:
Build and implement predictive models to forecast future trends and outcomes.
Validate and refine models based on real-world performance and feedback.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements for modeling.
Database Management:
Work with databases to retrieve and manipulate data as needed.
Ensure data integrity and security, implementing best practices for database management.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and requirements.
Communicate complex technical findings in a clear and understandable manner.
Provide support and insights to other teams relying on data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science).
Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate results.
Familiarity with machine learning concepts is a plus.

Experience

Previous experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role is preferred.
1-3 years' experience is mandatory.
Proven track record of successfully delivering data-driven insights.
