About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic digital and design team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centred design principles, a keen eye for interface aesthetics, and the ability to transform complex requirements into intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user experiences. This role requires creativity, collaboration, and a problem-solving mindset with a focus on usability, accessibility, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
· Design and deliver intuitive user interfaces and seamless user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
· Translate business requirements and user needs into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
· Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to bring digital products and features to life.
· Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and optimize workflows.
· Maintain design systems and ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across platforms.
· Support creative design needs such as social media or campaign assets when required.
Required
Skills & Qualifications
· Proficiency in UI/UX tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suit is necessary.
· Solid understanding of design principles: layout, color theory, typography, visual hierarchy, and interaction patterns.
· Experience in creating responsive designs for desktop and mobile.
· Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
· Familiarity with user research methods and usability testing practices.
· Strong communication and collaboration skills with attention to detail.
· A relevant portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects, prototypes, and case studies.
