Business Analyst

Act as the bridge between international clients and internal technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and solution architects to design IT enterprise service solutions aligned with client goals.
Conduct discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and product walkthroughs across global client locations.
Create detailed BRDs, FRDs, use cases, workflows, wireframes, and user stories.
Analyze and map existing client business processes and recommend technology-driven improvements.
Support RFP/RFI responses and assist in solution proposal preparation.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
Validate solution deliverables with clients through UAT planning, acceptance criteria, and documentation.
Stay current with trends in enterprise IT solutions (cloud, data, automation, cybersecurity, etc.) to guide clients effectively.
