Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Infrastructure Support Executive to manage and maintain our organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operation of all hardware, software, network, and electronic devices, while supporting onboarding processes and coordinating with third-party vendors.

Roles & Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure performance, identifying issues proactively and implementing solutions.
Oversee end-to-end IT asset management, including systems, configurations, and software licenses, ensuring all assets are tracked, updated, and compliant.
Support onboarding of new employees by creating employee IDs, setting up workstations, and ensuring installation of required software, including Microsoft Office and other licensed applications.
Manage and maintain the organization's network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and routers, ensuring seamless connectivity and minimal downtime.
Coordinate with third-party vendors for procurement, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT assets and devices.
Coordinate, configure, and manage firewalls to maintain network security; oversee CCTV camera systems to ensure proper monitoring and recording.
Ensure data security, backup, and recovery procedures are in place and followed according to company policies.
Provide timely IT support and troubleshooting for employees to ensure smooth business operations.

Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Previous experience of 2-5 years in Computer Science, IT and/or relevant field.
Strong knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, VPNs, and security standards.
Knowledge of IT assets and software license management.
Ability to coordinate with vendors and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
