About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and forward-thinking AI Developer specializing in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to join our growing AI innovation team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and modern LLM-based architectures, with hands-on experience in research, fine-tuning, and deploying AI models into production.

Key Responsibilities

-  LLM Development & Fine-tuning:  Develop, fine-tune, and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific business use cases, leveraging open-source frameworks and APIs.

-  Generative AI Solutions:  Build and integrate Generative AI applications including chatbots, content generation, summarization, and agent-based automation systems.

-  RAG Implementation:  Design and deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines integrating LLMs with vector databases (e.g., Chroma

DB, Pinecone, FAISS).

-  Computer Vision Integration:  Apply Computer Vision techniques for document and image understanding use cases such as OCR, document parsing, and multimodal AI.

-  Scalable ML Deployment:  Design, develop, and deploy ML services and APIs using frameworks like FastAPI, ensuring scalability and performance in production environments.

-  Research &

Innovation:  Support R&D initiatives in AI, Generative AI, and Multimodal AI — exploring emerging frameworks, evaluating new techniques, and identifying business-relevant opportunities.

- Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams (backend, frontend, and product) to seamlessly integrate AI components into real-world applications.

Skills & Qualifications

- Education:

B.Tech/M.Tech or equivalent degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related discipline.

- Experience:

3-4 years in AI/ML engineering with focus on NLP, LLMs, and Generative AI.
- Experience in model selection, training, hyperparameter tuning, and evaluation using libraries like scikit-learn, XGBoost, or LightGBM

Technical Skills
- Strong programming proficiency in Python.
- Deep understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts.
- Proficient in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and building ML pipelines using scikit-learn and Pandas

- Experience with Transformers, Hugging Face, Lang Chain, OpenAI APIs, and RAG pipelines.
- Expertise with Pandas, Num Py, and database handling in Postgre

SQL, Mongo

DB, and Chroma

DB.
- Familiarity with VS Code, Git, Jupyter Notebook, and FastAPI for development and API integration.
- Experience deploying models using Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud services (AWS / GCP / Azure).
- Knowledge of Computer Vision (OpenCV, Tesseract, or similar frameworks) is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with Vector Databases and Prompt Engineering
