Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site ERP Project Manager role based in Ahmedabad. The ERP Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end implementation of ERP systems, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet business objectives. Key activities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business processes, developing project plans, allocating resources, managing budgets, and addressing any challenges or risks.
The role requires effective communication with stakeholders and a proactive approach to ensure seamless integration of ERP solutions across the organization.
Qualifications
Strong technical knowledge in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and ERP implementations
Proficiency in analyzing Business Processes and identifying opportunities for optimization
Experience in Budgeting and effectively managing project financials
Highly developed Analytical Skills to identify and solve complex challenges
Demonstrated ability to lead projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Strong organizational and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
Prior experience managing end-to-end ERP implementation projects in Packaging/Manufacturing Industry
IT, AI and Coding Knowledge Preferred
