Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 3-5 years of relevant experience who will be responsible for understanding business requirements, designing structured solutions, and ensuring clear documentation so that clients and internal teams remain aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, highly organized, and comfortable working in an Agile environment.

Roles & Responsibilities
Requirements Management
. Elicit, analyze, structure, and document business and functional requirements (BRD, FRD, User Stories).
. Define and manage clear acceptance criteria and maintain a well-groomed backlog.
. Ensure traceability of requirements from initiation to delivery.
Client and Development Coordination
. Act as the primary bridge between clients and development teams.
. Drive requirement clarifications and document key decisions.
. Support QA and UAT to ensure deliverables meet agreed requirements.
Change Management
. Evaluate and manage Change Requests (CRs), including impact on scope, effort, and timelines.
. Coordinate revised estimates, quotes, and SOW addenda with stakeholders.
Project Operations
. Maintain issue logs, risk registers, meeting minutes, and action trackers.
. Work closely with Project Managers / Product Owner / Technical Program Managers to ensure timely milestone delivery.
Knowledge Transfer and Alignment
. Receive and document knowledge transfer from the Results/Delivery Team.
. Maintain ongoing alignment with internal stakeholders and ensure documentation quality standards.
Tools and Technical Exposure
. Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Azure Board, GIT Boards or similar tools.

Experience with Figma or other wire framing tools.
. Familiarity with diagramming tools for process flows and data mapping.
. Basic understanding of APIs and system integrations.
. Exposure to AI tools for drafting specifications, prototyping mockups, and reviewing documentation.

. 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT services, product development, or digital projects.
. Strong verbal and written communication skills with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
. Proactive client relationship management and responsiveness.
. Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines.
. Collaborative mindset when working with Project Managers, Technical Leads, and Product Owners.
. High attention to detail to ensure accuracy and reduce rework.
. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
. Initiative-driven approach with strong problem-solving capability.
. Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
Agile and Certifications
. Strong understanding and practical experience in Agile methodologies.
. Hands-on experience working in Scrum environments.
. Scrum Practitioner or Scrum Master certification is good to have.
. Business Analyst or Product Analyst certifications (CBAP, ECBA, PMI-PBA) are an added advantage.
