Manual - QA Tester
Job Location:
Ahmedabad
Working Day: 6 Days (Monday to Saturday)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual QA Tester with around 2 years of experience in software testing to ensure product quality and reliability. The candidate will be responsible for executing test cases, identifying bugs, and collaborating with development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, review, and execute manual test cases based on business and functional requirements.
Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing .
Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.).
Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
Validate fixes, ensure product stability, and maintain test documentation.
Participate in requirement analysis and provide QA inputs during development phases.
Required Skills &
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field .
Minimum 2 years of experience in Manual Testing within IT/software domain.
Strong knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) & SDLC .
Experience in test case writing, execution, defect reporting, and documentation .
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology is preferred.
Good analytical , communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills (Optional):
Basic knowledge of SQL queries, API testing, or automation tools .
Exposure to web/mobile application testing.
