Enterprise Architect

Job Summary  We are seeking an accomplished Enterprise Architect to lead and evolve our enterprise-wide architecture initiatives, cloud transformation strategies, and IT modernization efforts. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of multi-cloud platforms, architectural frameworks, and governance standards, along with a strong track record in driving business-aligned technology solutions across global organizations.
Ideal Candidate Profile

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

5–10 years in enterprise architecture, IT infrastructure, or cloud strategy.
Cloud Proficiency:
Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, and enterprise cloud adoption frameworks.
Architecture Expertise:
Proven success designing and implementing enterprise-wide architecture solutions across technology, data, application, and security domains.
Frameworks & Tools: TOGAF, Archi Mate, BiZZdesign, ABACUS.
Leadership:
Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to lead complex transformation initiatives and build stakeholder consensus.
Governance & Compliance:
Sound knowledge of IT governance, risk management, and compliance requirements.
Methodologies:
Familiarity with Agile and Dev Ops practices.

Certifications:

TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified:
Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Professional Cloud Architect (preferred).

Key Responsibilities  Enterprise Architecture   Develop and manage a holistic Enterprise Architecture (EA) framework covering technology, data, application, and security.
Create and maintain a strategic EA roadmap aligned with business goals.
Identify and assess emerging technologies and their strategic fit.
Perform comprehensive gap analysis between current and target architecture states.
Cloud Strategy & Modernization   Define and execute enterprise-wide cloud strategies focused on scalability, cost optimization, and resilience.
Guide cloud adoption and migration efforts to align with modernization initiatives.
IT Landscape & Gap Analysis   Analyze current IT systems against future-state goals; deliver actionable architecture plans.
Stakeholder Collaboration   Engage with senior leadership, product teams, and technical units to align on architectural direction.
Act as a trusted technology advisor, presenting solutions and driving alignment across business and IT.
Governance, Compliance & Standards   Establish architectural standards, enforce security and regulatory frameworks.
Ensure adherence to best practices and promote architectural governance enterprise-wide.
EA Tools & Modeling   Utilize EA tools (TOGAF, Archi Mate, BiZZdesign, ABACUS) for system modeling and optimization.
Maintain EA repositories and documentation for long-term scalability and knowledge sharing.
