Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Marketing & Social Media Specialist. The responsibilities include assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies, managing social media platforms, creating and scheduling engaging content, conducting market research to understand trends and customer preferences, and coordinating with teams to ensure brand consistency. The role also involves monitoring analytics to measure campaign performance and providing insights for improvement.
Qualifications
1. Graphic Design & Visual Content Creation
Marketing Collateral: Designing high-quality, engaging visuals for social media posts, ads, email campaigns, blogs, brochures, and case studies.
Web & UI/UX Design: Designing user interfaces (UI), landing pages, banners, and icons for the company website to improve usability and conversions.
Data Visualization: Creating infographics to simplify complex technical data, whitepapers, and reports.
Multimedia Creation: Producing short videos, GIFs, animations, and motion graphics for social platforms.
Brand Consistency: Ensuring all visuals maintain a consistent brand identity (color, typography, style) across all platforms.
2. Online Marketing & Strategic Execution
Social Media Management: Managing social media accounts, incl
uding designing campaign creatives and scheduling posts.
Digital Advertising (Performance Marketing): Creating visual assets for Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Linked In Ads, often creating multiple versions for A/B testing.
Campaign
Collaboration:
Working with marketing managers and SEO specialists to create content that aligns with campaign goals (e.g., lead generation, product launch).
Analytics & Optimization: Analyzing performance metrics of visual content and making data-driven adjustments to improve engagement and click-through rates.
3. Collaboration & Technical Responsibilities
Cross-functional Teamwork: Collaborating with developers, content writers, and marketing team members to align visual strategy with technical product goals.
Technical Design
Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Figma, and basic video editing tools.
Emerging Trends: Staying up-to-date with digital marketing trends, AI tools, and design best practices.
Project Management: Managing multiple design projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
