What you will do Own Zenithive's social presence across Linked In and relevant platforms
Spot trends early and translate them into brand-relevant content
Plan and publish content that supports PR, partnerships, hiring, and thought leadership
Design posts, carousels, short videos, and visuals independently
Work with leadership to extract insights, opinions, and narratives from real work
Track what performs and refine tone, format, and frequency
Support campaigns, launches, and announcements with strong social execution
What we are not looking for Someone who only reposts templates
Someone who treats social as a calendar task
Someone who needs heavy supervision to create
What we are looking for Strong instinct for social trends and audience behavior
Visual sense and comfort with design tools
Marketing thinking, not just content execution
Ability to balance creativity with brand discipline
Comfort collaborating with founders and senior stakeholders
Success in 6 months looks like Zenithive feels visible, active, and relevant
Engagement quality improves, not just follower count
Social content supports sales, hiring, and credibility
Brand voice feels consistent and intentional
