Role Description
We are hiring a  Technical Project Manager  with  8+ years of hands-on development experience  and a strong  AI/ML foundation  to lead high-impact digital transformation projects.
This role requires a technical leader who can manage diverse digital technology initiatives — not limited to AI/ML — while providing architectural direction and strong project leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage cross-functional technical teams
Provide technical guidance and architectural direction
Drive AI/ML initiatives along with other software projects
Define scope, timelines, delivery strategy, and execution roadmap
Ensure quality, scalability, and alignment with business objectives
Manage client communication and stakeholder expectations

Work Experience & Skills
8+ years of hands-on development experience
Strong background in AI/ML
Ability to handle both AI and non-AI technical projects
Experience leading teams and managing projects end-to-end
Hands-on experience with project management tools
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
Excellent team handling and leadership skills
Strong communication and customer management skills
Technical expertise in digital technologies such as Cloud (preferably AWS), AI, ML, etc
