Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical  Data Analyst  with 2–3 years of experience who can interpret data, generate insights, and support business decision-making. The ideal candidate must have  strong Excel skills  and the ability to manage large datasets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and analyze large sets of data to identify trends and patterns
Prepare detailed reports and dashboards for management
Work closely with different departments to understand data requirements
Create MIS reports, performance reports, and data summaries
Monitor business KPIs and generate actionable insights
Perform data validation and ensure data accuracy
Automate repetitive reports using Excel tools where possible
Support business teams with data-driven recommendations

Required Skills &

Qualifications:

2–3 years of experience in Data Analytics or related field
Excellent command over Microsoft Excel (Advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Data Cleaning, Dashboards, etc.)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good understanding of data visualization and reporting
Basic knowledge of SQL / Power BI / Google Sheets (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and reporting skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Commerce, IT, or related field
Experience in MIS reporting or business data analysis
