Required Experience:

Minimum 4+ years of experience in Oracle BIP and Fusion reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy reports using Oracle BI Publisher (BIP) for Oracle Fusion Applications.
Analyze business reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Collaborate with functional consultants and end-users to ensure report accuracy and alignment with business processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BIP reports, data sources, and integration points.

Must-Have Skills/Technologies

Oracle BI Publisher (BIP)
XML data templates, RTF layout, XSLT, bursting
SQL, PL/SQL, and performance tuning of data sources
Oracle Fusion Applications (ERP, HCM, SCM) reporting structures
BICC, OTBI, FBDI, and Oracle Cloud data architecture
XML, XSL, JSON, Excel macros
Agile environments using tools like JIRA, Git

Good-to-Have Skills/Technologies

Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
Experience working with large data sets
Knowledge of integration-driven reporting needs
