Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Execution & Visibility
Operationalize Strategy:
Convert high-level business goals into measurable initiatives and transparent dashboards.
Capacity & Risk:
Partner with Product and Tech leads to align commitments with actual team capacity while proactively surfacing risks.
Planning Cadence:
Lead quarterly planning and confidence-tracking without creating unnecessary overhead.

2. Team Culture & Mentorship
Agile

Coaching:

Mentor leaders and teams to adopt Agile values, fostering psychological safety and sustainable autonomy.
Process Optimization:
Analyze workflows to remove bottlenecks and standardize practices across different business units.
Dependency Management:
Facilitate cross-team alignment and structured decision-making forums.

3. Systems & Data Integrity
Jira Hygiene:
Own the "source of truth" by establishing standards for Jira fields, status transitions, and backlog management.
Automation:
Develop tooling and process automations to reduce manual effort and ensure reliable executive reporting.

Clarity:
Teams know exactly what they are working on and why.
Stability:
Reduced "fire drills" through better capacity planning and risk mitigation.
Data Integrity:
Leadership can trust Jira dashboards to make real-time business decisions.

Minimum Engagement
Consistent with our organizational standards, each specific coaching or process initiative for this role will follow a minimum allocation of 1 person-week to ensure meaningful impact.
