The profile would be :
- Ensuring absolute success of each Dae Build CRM Implementation.
Ensuring absolute satisfaction and happiness of each customer by offering the best functional and technical support.
Online and Onsite Software Training.
Online and Onsite Technical support which includes resolving client queries, troubleshooting errors, and ensuring absolute customer satisfaction.
Up gradations of the software versions.
Work closely with development team during Software Development Cycle.
Responsible for Manual Testing using latest Techniques and Methodologies and ensure that all products are of very high quality.
Good Communication Skills.
