Role Overview (Updated)
We are looking for an SEO Executive who understands modern search behavior,
including traditional SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and AI-driven content
discovery (GEO).
This role focuses on improving organic visibility across search engines and AI-powered
platforms through structured, high-quality, intent-driven content.
Key Responsibilities
Optimize blogs, service pages, and landing pages for search intent and direct answers
Structure content using clear headings, FAQs, and schema-ready formats
Improve content visibility for featured snippets, People Also Ask, and voice search
Ensure content is easily understood by search engines and AI systems
Exposure to schema markup concepts.
Conduct keyword research aligned with search intent and business goals
Optimize website pages, blogs, and service pages for SEO best practices
Create SEO-friendly content briefs for writers and review content before publishing
Improve internal linking and site structure for better crawlability Content Distribution & GEO Readiness
Support content distribution to improve authority and discoverability
Optimize content so it can be referenced by AI tools and answer engines
Assist in creating AI-friendly summaries and structured explanations
Off-Page SEO & Backlinks
Execute ethical backlink outreach and guest posting activities
Analyze competitor backlink profiles and identify opportunities
Manage directory submissions and brand citations (selective and quality- focused) SEO Tools, Reporting & Search Trends
Track keyword rankings, traffic, and snippet visibility
Monitor performance in Google Search Console and SEO tools
Stay updated on changes in search behavior, including AI-generated search results
Prepare monthly SEO performance reports with clear insights
Must-Have Skills & Knowledge
2–3 years of hands-on SEO experience
Strong understanding of on-page SEO and content optimization
Working knowledge of SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar
Experience with Google Search Console and Google Analytics
Ability to analyze data and make informed SEO recommendations
Familiarity with IT, SaaS, or technology-based websites.
Familiarity with AI search tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Perplexity (usage-level)
