We are seeking a versatile and creative SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with 1–4 years of experience who excels in both the technical aspects of SEO and the creative demands of social media. You will be responsible for driving organic traffic while building a strong visual brand through high-quality image and video content.

Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Execution:
Perform keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and technical SEO audits to improve website rankings and organic visibility.
Content Creation:
Design engaging social media graphics and visual assets using tools like Canva or the Adobe Creative Suite.
Video Production:
Create and edit short-form videos (Reels, Tik Toks, You Tube Shorts) to boost audience engagement and brand storytelling.
Social Media Management:
Manage and schedule content across platforms (Linked In, Instagram, Facebook), ensuring brand consistency and active community engagement.
Performance Tracking:
Monitor and analyze website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console to provide actionable insights.

Skills & Qualifications

Experience:

1–4 years of proven experience in SEO and digital marketing roles.
SEO Tools:
Proficiency in tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
Design & Editing:
Strong hands-on experience with image creation (Photoshop/Canva) and video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Cap Cut).
Social Media Savvy:
In-depth understanding of social media algorithms, trending content formats, and platform-specific best practices.
Technical Basics:
Familiarity with HTML/CSS and CMS platforms like Word Press is a significant plus.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
