Position: Presales Engineer Active network (knowledge about network switchs)
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Presales Engineer specializing in Active Networks, based in Ahmedabad. The Presales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, assisting in pre-sales activities, supporting sales teams, and ensuring seamless network integration and security. The role also involves engaging closely with clients to understand their network switch requirements and developing solutions that meet their needs efficiently.

The candidate will collaborate with internal teams to design and demonstrate technical solutions to prospective clients.

Qualifications
Knowledge and experience in Technical Support and managing network issues
Proficient in Presales activities and supporting the sales process with technical expertise
Skills in Sales and presenting technical solutions to clients
Experience in Integration of network systems to ensure optimized operation
Understanding of Security protocols and practices within active networks
Strong problem-solving abilities and teamwork skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Educational background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Relevant certifications in networking technologies (e.g., Cisco, Juniper) are a plus
